The Customer Service Manager has responsibilities that may include but are not limited to; recruitment and performance management, expediting freight approvals in constrained supply situations, driving defined productivity improvement activities and coaching and developing a team to ensure effective management of customers escalations and operational excellence.
Answer all inbound calls to the Customer Service Centre within KPIEnsure all warranty items are issued to correct suppliers within reasonable timescales.

You will be working under the guidance of the Call Centre Manager and Fleet Service Supervisors, the main aim of a fleet service advisor is to provide excellent customer service.

We are currently seeking to recruit a Technical Services Manager to join Marshall Fleet Solutions (MFS)
Ensure the engineering region runs effectively whilst achieving KPI objectives including but not limited to, customer satisfaction, productivity, first time fix, regional revenue targets and full compliance to Health, safety, and environment standards.
Drive high standards of engineering across the region.
Coach, influence and support a group of regional engineers to deliver the best possible results
Working under the guidance of the Call Centre Manager and Fleet Service Supervisors, the main aim of a fleet service advisor is to provide excellent customer service; to meet and exceed their customer’s requirements and KPI’s.

The role is for a Service Advisor responsible for the movements of broken-down vehicles, replacement vehicles and parts.
This position would suit someone with call centre experience, an administrator or someone with a customer service background.
