A vacancy for a Service Manager (d/m/f) for Extended Enterprise has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space internal IT domain.
The successful applicant will join the new domain, bringing to life the new Digital strategy on Extended Enterprise Solutions.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
- Prepare, implement and realize services during the Life Cycle with focus on Extended Enterprise solutions and UK-national collaboration solutions.
- Ensuring of the customer satisfaction in regards of the services, products and service support.
- Identifying opportunities to offer new services, products and service support.
- Acting as contact person for all internal and external stakeholders around the Extended Enterprise services
- Performing performance reviews.
- Support in case of escalations, finding a solution and carrying out the necessary steps to maintain a trusting cooperation.
- Monitoring of the service quality based on existing SLAs.
- Ensuring smooth Entry-into-Service whenever a new Extended Enterprise solution is implemented
ABOUT YOU – Your Skills
- Basic knowledge about network and virtualization technologies
- Basic knowledge in Extended Enterprise processes, methods and tools
- Use of JIRA & Confluence is necessary
- DevOps, Infrastructure knowledge is a plus
- ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
- You have 2-4 years of experience in service management and stakeholder management
- Advanced communication skills in international environment
- Understanding of continuous change interactions in the application landscape
- Spoken English to a negotiation level. Other languages Spanish/German/French are a plus.
