Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Data Analyst Expert (f/m) to join our Flight Hour Services Team within the Customer Services Department, based in Toulouse, France.
Airbus Flight Hour Services(FHS) is a service provider for airlines that delivers spares to its customers worldwide as well as Engineering and Maintenance services.
The on time delivery to the customer is mostly delivered through availability of spares on the shelves. Consequently the FHS Inventory holds an essential role in the service level delivered and on the Customer Satisfaction.
In the meantime the FHS Inventory is responsible for the Capital Expenditure of the investment on spares and for the Operational Expenditure of the cost of backorder.
This job is a great mix of data analytics, business referent for IT and daily operations (asset management). It is a very rich position mixing data analytics, supply chain and finance with a lot of interactions within Customer Services and with the IT community.

Your challenges:
Data analytics and Skywise dashboarding

Maintain and develop Skywise datasets, reports and dashboards used by the team.

Create KPI’s in Skywise for the management.

Execute data analytics upon request from the team or management.
Business owner of Sizewise tool
Sizewise is a Skywise application used by the asset managers in the team on a daily basis for the sizing activity. As Sizewise Business Owner, you will:

Be the referent of Sizewise for the team (collect potential bugs or evolution needs)
-
Be the business focal point of Sizewise tool for IT.

Request and follow-up IT support in case of potential bugs.
-
Request and follow-up potential future tool evolutions with IT.
Business domain leader for New FHS IS Program
The objective of New FHS IS is to replace the existing Maintenance Information System, which supports end-to-end FHS Supply Chain process, by more efficient solutions.
In this role you will contribute to the New FHS IS Program with the support of a business expert in the team by:

Ensuring that the domain stakes and needs are well understood and taken into account by the program.

Validating the solution at scale for Inventory perimeter including deliverables.
-
Ensuring implementation coherency of processes for Inventory perimeter.
Asset Management
As Asset Manager, you will be responsible to secure the spares availability on your portfolio of assets (the team is divided per supplier portfolio) by:

Determining the appropriate stock level
-
Deciding to invest or not
-
Ensuring the right balancing of stock within the worldwide warehouses
-
Making the right configuration choices
-
Making the identified surplus available for sale
