Job Summary:

  • Executes processes, standards, and operational plans in support of Procurement goals, including RFPs, negotiations, cost accountability, and / or program execution.

  • Develop and follow existing procedures, processes, and work instructions by actively participating in initiatives for continuous improvement using CORE tools and support AS9100 efforts.

  • Coach, mentor, and provide technical guidance by attending and have participation in group meetings, teleconferences and/or training required.

The selected candidate must reside in Puerto Rico

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience at P&W in one or more of the following disciplines is desired: Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Digital Technologies

  • Established and productive professional contributor (Intermediate level).

  • Has theoretical to advance knowledge of work area.

  • Problems faced are difficult and may be complex.

  • Works autonomously with limited supervision.

  • Influences others within the work area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.

  • Analyze and Identify gaps, collaborate with cross functional teams to identify Standard Work corrective actions to get within standard process times.

  • Support processes, standards, and operational plans in support of Procurement and Supply Chain discipline goals.

  • Perform Data mining from ERP and internal & external systems to validate reporting and analytics are being presented correctly.

  • Assist with Lunch & learns on new and existing apps – refresher training and awareness sessions.

  • Execute and maintain program activities for business process compliance and audits.

  • Analyze turn backs and recommend enhancement options for process, tools, and training.

  • Prepare Center of Excellence business reports in general including adhoc business reports.

  • Provide support for supplier & internal collaboration tools.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Management, Materials Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics or Industrial Engineering.

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Data Analytics

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship

  • ERP experience

  • High proficiency in MS Office suite.

  • English fluency (verbal and written).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Preferred fields in BA include: Finance, Accounting and Information Technology.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong administrative skills: Must be able to manage multiple tasks and adhere to specific timetables.

  • Extremely detail and process oriented.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and cross functional teams.

The salary range for this role is 62,000 USD - 124,000 USD; however, RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
