- Permanent position for prestige vehicle dealership
- Starting salary will increase from 42,000 to 56,000 over time
- Monday - Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota 8am - 5pm
- Overtime available
- Level 3 or higher in Light Vehicle Maintenance and repair

The Job: Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic / Master Technician
- Used vehicle pre-delivery inspections.
- Primary and secondary diagnosis of vehicle faults.
- Mechanical preparation/repair of reported faults.
- Updating vehicles with downloads that are required.
- There will be other tasks to undertake that relate to technical fitments.
- Carry out general servicing of vehicles
- Diagnose problems on vehicles in the workshop and if needed undertake electrical diagnosis on vehicles
- Carry out road and ramp testing
- Deal with warranty repairs in line with manufacturer standards
- Carry out general mechanical repairs in line with approved methods and processes.
- You will be working from a job card and will need to record all time taken against the repair.
- You must ensure that all work carried out is done to a high standard first time.
- You will be working within a large team within a busy and fast paced workshop.
Job Experience Required: Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic
- Work as both part of a team and on own initiative.
- Excellent knowledge of electrical components and operation.
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Hold an NVQ level 3 in motor vehicle repair or similar.
- Excellent diagnostic skills.
- Experience in use of diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Hold a current and clean Full UK driving licence.
