Job Summary

As part of Global Production Support Technology team, the Production Support Analyst role will deliver first line support and day to day direction to the Downstream systems in their queries and cases on Workday Integrations. The individual will respond to employee inquiries and leadership requests, by identifying solutions and escalates as needed. This position requires good judgment and extreme initiative and is accountable for the quality and productivity of requests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years ERP Human Resource experience on any Technologies (Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle..).
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 Years of Workday Integrations Experience.
  • 3 to 5 Years of Experience on Integration types used in projects are certified Workday/ADP connector, Web API, CCW, EIB, CCB, Studio (Custom) & load programs to support those integrations, global RTX integrations, and local business specific integrations.
  • Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Basic understanding of the HRIS system Workday and Service Now
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills required to work with different levels of business leadership, business users.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations
  • Must be extremely organized and detail oriented with the ability to shift priorities as needed.
  • Proven skill at handling stressful issues and interfacing with all levels of the business in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Demonstrated independent problem-solver.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of department and associate information according to established practice.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Experience in HR / Payroll domain.
  • Experience on Integration types used in projects are certified Workday/ADP connector, Web API, CCW, EIB, CCB, Studio (Custom) & load programs to support those integrations.
  • Experience in Workday HCM space like Organization Changes, Jobs and Positions, Security Management, Business Process, iLoads, EIB Loads (Enterprise Interface Builder, handling through xml formats), IT Support for Business events (eg: Compensation Planning), Regular Transactions in Workday, Configurations and Break Fixes, Workday Version Upgrade Testing.
  • Experience in HR / Payroll domain.
  • Experience in working closely with QA teams, reviewing test plans.
  • Experience in assessing and solving medium to complex issues imposed by nature of business, also, to carry out detailed impact assessments for proposed change requests, proposing alternative cost-effective solutions where appropriate.
  • Proven experience and comfortable in managing multiple priorities and relationships with stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet critical business needs and timelines
  • Strong time management and self-motivation skills
  • Deep technical capability and ability to drive technical conversations and changes aligned with project and digital technology goals
  • Self-starter, adaptable, detail oriented, strategic thinker
  • Experience with large projects/implementations
  • Action oriented and results driven with an ability to drive new and innovative solutions in alignment to the organizations / functions strategy
  • Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate with multiple levels in the organization.
  • Project management experience including waterfall, KANBAN, and SAFe methodology

Required Education and Experience:

  • This position typically requires a Bachelors’ Degree in IT or related field and at least 7 years of applicable professional experience or a Masters’ degree and 5 years of experience.

US Citizenship:

  • This position does not require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.  This is an offshore role in India.
