Position Overview
As Sales Performance Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing sales operations and driving more optimal sales performances with tools and metrics. You will be responsible for analyzing sales data, developing strategies, and implementing initiatives to maximize sales performance across your area and in close collaboration with your dealers.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies & action plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to sales teams to enhance their effectiveness and productivity.
Profile
- Bachelor degree and/or MSc.
- 2 - 5+ years of field / dealer / or automotive experience
- Extensive Sales background
- Strong sense of ownership
- Fluent in French and English, notions in Dutch
- Problem solving capabilities
- Customer centric, demanding
- Self-reliant, organized, proactive and flexible
- Fluent MS Office (Outlook, Excel, …)
