Main tasks and responsibilities
Milky way Project in Nissan has different steps or mini project that have different outcome. The last step of this project is the DANUBE project and consist on transferring manufacturing responsibilities of NISA to NMUK.
In this new context, Data Migration activity is essential and consist on migrate all master data and transactional data in SAP between those two entities.
These are fixed-term positions until 31/03/2023
Job Responsibilities
- Review and analyze data from the two entities
- Cleansing data directly in system or cleansing after extracting data on spreadsheets
- Maintain the accuracy and completeness of client data in all business
- Ensure the delivery according to the planning
- Progress reports and risk escalation to the data migration lead
- Be the point of contact of the local entity for question or data regarding his scope
Job Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and French, with a good understanding of business language
- Excellent operating and analysis skills using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
- Experience and flair for ad hoc database operation and management
- Proven ability to review volumes of data and assess data quality
- Able to work on multiple tasks and to tight deadlines
- Autonomy, curiosity and good social skills are needed
Experience and qualifications required
- Good knowledge of accounting, controlling jobs and processes, preferably in Automotive industry
- 1 to 2 years in experience on SAP implementation
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Good knowledge of MS office tools.
- Fluent in English, other language is a plus (French)
- Ability to operate in a complex and multicultural environment
- Good level of analytic skills mandatory
- Detail oriented and intellectually curious
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes will be appreciated
