Event Marketing Manager - France

Job Description

We are looking for a person who is passionate about building relationships, networking, collaborating with local communities and key stakeholders in order to achieve Cadillac's commercial objectives in the communities in which we have test drive locations. This individual will need to demonstrate a strong ability to lead, a positive can-do attitude and have the experience and ability to work independently as well as in a team with multiple stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is accountable and proactive, experienced and imaginative.

To build a community of Cadillac advocates whom drive brand consideration and support the “brand for me” metric by creating engaging experiences, events, activations and partnerships driving high footfall, lead collection and test drive bookings in our test drive locations. 

To identify opportunities for Cadillac to showcase our EV portfolio at preexisting events, shows, activations which will drive lead collection and test drive booking.



  • Activation strategy, planning and execution of all of Cadillac's physical spaces in France
  • Full RSVP and guest attendance management pre and post activation utilizing existing tools 
  • To create a network within the business communities of the cities we have a physical presence in to leverage existing community and business networking events 
  • Budget management of events, activations and engagements which you organise 
  • Preorganization with third party suppliers and agency partners 
  • Run of Show Function sheet creation for all events and activations 
  • Post event reconciliation 
  • Post event report and posting on Yammer and social media 
  • Actively seeking potential speakers, exhibitions, partnerships in line with the experiential strategy from local communities to drive targeted traffic into the location 
  • Actively building a network and relationships with local community leaders, Influentials and customers to drive targeted activities and engagements
  • Actively seek innovative, digital first ideas to maximise lead collection and test drive bookings 
  • Work with content manager to create content regarding upcoming engagements, to notify members and potential customers for the Cadillac website 
  • Coordinate with PR, social, media and comms stakeholders regarding each store calendar and all in house or external events and activations in your market 
  • Coordination of all required merchandise, gifting, and uniform for each activation

In this role, the individual will work as part of the Experiential Marketing Team reporting to the Head of Experiential Marketing, however this individual will work closely to support the B2B and D2C sales teams as well. 


Fluent in French and English is mandatory
