Accounts Receivable Administrator

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Administrator is a liaison between Lithia Motors, Inc. and its customers.  The role is responsible for providing stellar customer service and administrative support as it relates to maintaining the credit lines and processing the payments from service and parts customers.

The AR Administrator reports to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor.

Location: Medford, OR (On-site)

Compensation Range: $20/hr - $21/hr

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process payments and refunds in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile AR schedules within the timeframe set forth in company policy.
  • Provide store support as needed.
  • Review credit applications for completeness and ensure systems are updated to include the entirety of customer information included in the application.
  • Research and resolve account discrepancies.
  • Resolve billing issues.
  • Research and respond to inquiries from service and parts customers, Lithia stores and internal customers within the timeframe that aligns with established service level agreements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Critical Thinking – using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Time Management – ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Experience with outbound calls or collections is valuable.
