About the Job:

As a Parts Advisor, you'll serve as the backbone of our parts department, ensuring seamless operations by effectively managing inventory, processing orders, and fostering strong relationships with suppliers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently allocating parts into stock to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Accurately booking parts into our system to streamline the order process.
  • Following up on parts orders diligently to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to coordinate delivery schedules and optimise logistics.
  • Facilitating returns for credit when necessary, contributing to efficient inventory management.
  • Playing a crucial role in nurturing and managing relationships with our suppliers.
