Are you an experienced MET Technician with a passion for excellence in automotive repair? We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team and take on this exciting opportunity.

About the Job:

As an experienced MET Technician, you will play a crucial role in our operations by:

• Carrying out all necessary mechanical and body work on allocated jobs
• Dismantling vehicles in preparation for the panel shop
• Conducting inspections, fault-finding, and diagnostic work
• Collaborating with the Parts Team to order replacement parts
• Re-assembling vehicles with new parts to restore them to pre-accident condition and to vehicle and BSI PAS 10125 standards

About You:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Significant experience as an MET Technician from an accident repair background
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work skillfully and safely under pressure
• Effective workload planning skills to meet agreed timescales
• Ability to work in accordance with manufacturers' specifications
• Strong teamwork skills coupled with the initiative to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility in approach and a commitment to maintaining high standards
• Adherence to Health and Safety guidelines, including wearing provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintaining cleanliness in work areas
