Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and trim repairs on luxury vehicles, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex automotive issues using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and technical expertise.
- Perform precision disassembly and reassembly of vehicle components, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and interior trim.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced workshop environment to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
- Adhere to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an MET Technician, preferably in a luxury automotive repair setting.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and trim components of modern vehicles.
- Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of automotive systems and technology.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering superior workmanship on every repair.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Valid driver's license ideally with a clean driving record.
