Mission and Main Objectives

We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Marketing intern to join our team to help achieving our goals.

Aftersales business is a key contributor to Nissan’s customer satisfaction as well as the Company gross profit. You will work on Parts & Accessories Product Marketing, ensuring continuous product line-up expansion and business growth amongst all AMIEO markets (Africa, Middle East, India, Europe, Oceania).

As a product marketing intern, you will work closely with the product marketing specialists and related teams. You will need to be ready to analyze data and co-ordinate information from different sources and functions in Nissan.

Main Task & Responsibilities

  • Product Database development and management:
    • Accessories:
      • Manage (expand, improve, maintain) the Database used by the markets and Nissan internal functions to find information about Nissan Accessories (Part numbers, Applicability, etc.).
      • Support the Nissan internal functions (Communication, Digital) using the Database for their activities: Nissan websites, Accessories Catalogue, eCommerce, etc.
    • Parts:
      • Data management & Data Extraction
      • Follow-up with Markets/Suppliers for Surveys and Data
      • Part Number Creation in Systems
      • Preparing the Parts Kits and ensuring the Availability in the System
      • Updating the Various Charts in Parts Catalogs
      • Supporting the tasks assigned for Analysis and Reports
      • Supporting in Presentation Preparation asked by Coordinators.
      • Benchmarking of the Commodities
  • Pricing:
    • Support Accessories and Parts teams with pricing benchmark and pricing updates.
  • New Accessory launch:
    • Support the Accessory Product Marketing team on accessory launch preparation (bulletins, product updates in the Accessory database, e-Cataloque and eNOCS system)
  • Lifecycle & Innovation management:
    • Support the Accessories and Parts daily operations: Sales performance analysis, benchmarking activities, stock management, etc.

Background & Experience

  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Have an active interest in cars and the automotive industry
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work with big amount of information and numbers
  • An excellent understanding of Microsoft Office tools, advanced MS Excel capability is a strong advantage
  • The ability to show creativity in problem solving
  • Communication proficiency both written and verbal
