Your role:
As an HR Support Intern at Aptiv, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and be involved in various HR activities,. This internship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of HR operations and help you develop essential skills for a successful career in Human Resources. In your daily work, you will :

Plan and organize internal corporate events, such as team-building activities, town halls, and celebrations.

Support the development and implementation of corporate communication initiatives, including employee newsletters, intranet content, and announcements.

Assist in conducting training needs assessments and identifying skill gaps within the organization.

Maintain and update databases related to employee information, training records, etc.

Update & implement HR processes and policies
Your background:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field.

Effective verbal and written communication abilities in Italian & English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Contract type : 6 months curricular Internship
