Finance Graduate 2020

On joining the Company, you will be assigned to the Finance team supporting our R&D group, whose responsibility is the design and development of vehicle systems and components for new and existing Nissan models.

Based in Cranfield, the finance team supports Spain, Russia, Belgium and Germany.

You will be involved with the following:-

  • Monthly accounts preparation and management accounting
  • Financial reporting and analysis
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Maintenance and improvement of systems and databases
  • Continuous improvement of processes, procedures and development of controls
  • Participating in regular reviews with all parts of the wider business
  • Assist and ultimately coach the wider business in relevant aspects of accounting and controlling with focus on financial integrity, internal compliance and with a mind-set to deliver cost solutions
  • Actively participate and contribute within the accounting function and wider business
  • Strong focus on reporting deadlines and flexible working to achieve targets.

Background and Experience

  • Minimum 2:1 Honours Degree in a finance, mathematics or science based degree. It is not essential to have an accountancy degree, but you must have a keen and demonstrable interest in business and finance.
