＜職務内容＞ ①所属組織の担当開発領域、業務概要とR&D内における役割、ポジション e-4ORCE、インテリジェントトレースコントール、e-Pedal Step、オートブレーキホールドといったシャシー制御システムの開発を行なっており、タイムリーに競争力のあるシャシー制御システムを市場に出していくため、内製開発を行っています。当部署は、先行開発チームと量産開発チームが存在し、新たな技術を生み出し、量産化するところまで担当します。また、当部署は設計部署でありながら、車両実験を実施する頻度も高く、自動車との関わりが強い職場環境になります。また、シャシーコントローラの設計を行なっているチームもあり、ソフト/ハードの知識も活かせる環境になります。 ②具体的な担当業務内容と、自部署内外で期待される役割、ポジション 通常運転時や自動運転時の車両挙動＆乗り心地に関して、日産内他部署と協力して競争力のある目標値を設定し、その目標を達成するシャシー制御システムを作りこみます。その際、性能の良し悪しを論議するため、実験部だけでなく設計者も自ら運転し、性能の良し悪しを論議して開発を進めていきます。
