Mission:
Manages the operational planning of the delivery vehicle daily programs from NMEX Plants to the Nissan dealers.Standardization of operations, Quality procedures, compliance with transit times and always safety.Review, compile and send different types of reports and documents to other departments in the organization. Also, perform the role of supervisor to assure compliance and the case of anomaly make immediate correction.

General Description:
Responsible for buy material based on demand using the ERP/ MRP and looking to avoid manual process where is possible to manage the demand. Sending the firm and forecast to the suppliers, assure the communication with supplier by EDI is working properly.
Manage and review material availability for production based on forecast and production program.
Work closely with suppliers to ensure material on time / Use ERP system to schedule deliveries.
Manage and expedite purchase orders needed to fulfill build schedule for on-time delivery.

This position coordinates requests from NNA owners relating to vehicle repair or maintenance issues, general product related questions or issues, client/retailer complaints, and client out-of-warranty goodwill requests for assistance. Works collaboratively with retailer personnel, regional personnel and NNA USA support personnel to develop appropriate solutions to the client requests.
Job Activities
Planeación de producción, ventas y control de niveles de inventario: con la finalidad de contar, administrar y comunicar la disponibilidad de producto para el cumplimiento del plan de negocios, forecast y en línea con la estrategia de la compañía. Administra el “Carflow” de los modelos Infiniti asignados.
Actividades principales
Facilitates end to end customer invoicing processes, including invoice verification, tax/tariff rate changes, invoice tracking/resolution with internal/external suppliers
Responsible for researching and following-up exceptions/hold issues on pending invoices by partnering with Sales team and other functions/areas around the company to ensure issues are resolved timely.
Daily monitoring the invoices legacy system vs SAP, tracking the follow-up with the proper area/function for issues resolution.
