• Develop sales strategies under the agency model, including promotional strategies, market promotion strategies, etc., to ensure the achievement of the company's market objectives.
• Create relevant business policies to ensure clear incentives and constraints for agents, aligning with the company's long-term development goals.

Rebate & Settlement Management

Job Description Work Arrangement: Hybrid: This position does not require an employee to be onsite full-time to perform most effectively. The employee’s role enables them to work at the Markham office of General Motors, with the expectation that the employee will be onsite 3 days a week on average.
