Product Financial Manager – Costing
What can you expect?
The role of the Product Financial Manager is to ensure that accurate product costs are developed and communicated within the organization. Knowledge of product and process is critical, this individual must be able to review product design and manufacturing process assumptions for reasonableness. The Costing Manager needs to be able to bring business perspective to this data. Project analysis (regional and global) and intercompany interface will be required on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities:
- The HR Generalist will handle routine HR inquiries, managing to completion
- Conduct HR transactions including: orientation, leaves of absence, exit meetings, etc.
- Process HRIS transactions, ensuring data integrity and quality
- The HR Generalist serves as the primary point of contact for guidance on HR policies, processes, and self-service tools to employees and managers, escalating when necessary to internal COEs and external resources

- Provide support to all plant operations/production departments to include production, quality, cost and safety.
- Assist in the development of budgets, analyze variances, and coordinate yield tests.
- Monitor operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve operation or processing issues.
- Prepare recommendations as needed for continuous improvements in production processes, method, and equipment.
