JOB DESCRIPTION
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for:
Repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment such as motors, pneumatic tools, robots, conveyor systems, production machines and other equipment.
Troubleshooting electrical systems including, but not limited to three-phase motors, start/stop circuits, AC/DC drives, running electrical conduit, and read electrical prints.
Performing equipment installation, PMs, and completing assigned projects.

Leads and directs the plants preventative and correction maintenance activities to allow for efficient operations. Analyzes production equipment to prevent costs associated with unexpected machine downtime and to identify opportunities for improvements. Assists senior management with plant improvements and expansions. Maintenance Managers supporting medium/small org size plants will often be found to be associated with this level. University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 6 Years suggested minimum experience. #LI-MG1
