Senior PM PMO

Global leadership for ProDash. Provide direction to Program Management Community with focus on systems and processes for Europe. Global Program Management KPI reporting.

What will your responsibilities be?
- Global leadership for the Adient Program and Portfolio System (ProDash).
- Analyze Adient Program Management and Business needs and priorities, the set of requirements and concepts for IT to execute in ProDash. Work with the cross functional organization including purchasing, quality, engineering, etc. to identify and implement enhancements to ProDash. Perform user acceptance testing and release into production.
- Define and support data exchange for interfacing PM systems. Example: Team Center, PD2 tool, testing database, DFMEA system, Auros.
- Ensure full compliance with BOS, specifically PLUS across all processes in ProDash.
- Active member of the global PMO steering committee to optimize PLUS and ProDash.
- Case by case spot-checks on Programs in ProDash, for compliance.
- Global hotline support for ProDash.
- Program and Launch initial setup for EMEA, including scaling and validation of Gate dates based on program / launch scope.
- Create training-materials and tutorials for ProDash.
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
Mandatory:
- Professional qualification of Program and Portfolio Management
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or Business.
- At least 10 years of experience in Manufacturing preferably automotive industries.
- At least 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry, ideally in Complete Seat, Metal, Foam or Trim.
- Leading a minimum of 5 new product launches. At least 1 complex launch including design and complex bill of materials.
Preferred:
- Expert in MS-Office applications like MS-Project, EXCEL, TEAMS, SharePoint, One-Note, Forms, Planner, Streams, Power Bi,
- Systems and low-code systems like Smart-App and Mendix.
- Experience defining a project-scope for an IT-group, in the role of business owner, collaborating with BRM and global business end-user.
- Experience with ADIENT or an automotive Tier 1 supplier.
- Proven capability to develop and deliver program management training courses.
- At least 2 years of experience in PMO role.
- Knowledge about a Business Operating System like Adient BOS and deep knowledge about PLUS-Work-Instructions, -Standards, -Forms, -Guidelines.
Other:
- Understanding of engineering development, drawings and automotive production techniques & logistics.
- Ability to facilitate global, x-functional discussions and drive conclusions and decisions.
- Experience with multiple cultures and organizational setups.
