Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Business Policy Development

  • Develop sales strategies under the agency model, including promotional strategies, market promotion strategies, etc., to ensure the achievement of the company's market objectives.
  • Create relevant business policies to ensure clear incentives and constraints for agents, aligning with the company's long-term development goals.

Rebate & Settlement Management

  • Design and refine the agent rebate system, ensuring fairness and transparency in rebate policies to motivate agent sales performance.
  • Responsible for designing and executing the rebate settlement process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the rebate settlement operations.

Business Process Optimization & Digital Tool Requirements Definition

  • Define and optimize sales business processes to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Analyze and define the digital tools and system requirements needed for business operations, supporting digital transformation to improve operational efficiency.

Cross-Department Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate closely with Retail, Marketing, Finance, IT, Legal, Network Development, and other departments to ensure the implementation of strategies and policies.
  • Organize and lead regular business reviews and performance evaluations, assist the retail team, and drive improved execution by agents.

Additional Job Description

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields preferred. At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the automotive industry, especially with significant experience in luxury brands and agency models. Deep understanding of various sales models in the automotive industry, with proven experience in implementing sales strategies and business policies. Familiarity with rebate system design and settlement processes, with strong data analysis and financial management skills. Experience in defining digital tool requirements and optimizing business processes, with the ability to independently lead digital tools development projects. Excellent communication skills, team collaboration, and cross-departmental coordination abilities. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of making decisions in a complex business environment.
