WHAT TO EXPECT

 

We are on the lookout for an experienced and accomplished Digital Operations & Continuous Improvement Manager to play a key role in driving forward the operations and optimisation of the JLR websites.

 

As a Web Operations Manager you will be reporting into the Head of Web Performance, you can expect to lead the day-to-day operations, enhancement and optimisation of our Global web platform. Working within a team of experts, the role will drive an increased performance ethos into all aspects of our web strategy.

 

Key accountabilities & responsibilities

 

In this role, you will co-develop the Web Product Vision with the Head of Web Performance and Digital Projects Manager. You will also be expected to deliver a structured ‘analyse, test, learn & deploy’ methodology across all areas of web Conversion Rate Optimisation, managing two CRO Analysts – putting performance at the heart of all work.

 

Further duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Develop SEO strategy and line-manage dedicated SEO Operation leads.
  • Develop strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve the product vision, business objectives & goals.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify areas of improvement and new features for Web products.
  • Lead a specialist team to deliver business objectives and customer-first outcomes across web technologies, including both Web Operations and Enhancement delivery.

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

 

Essential:

  • Extensive experience in web platform operations.
  • Experience in digital agency management and delivery.
  • Proven experience in managing development teams and web technologies.
  • Extensive experience in web performance management and optimisation.
  • Significant experience in SEO with proven examples of SEO strategy development
