As a Treasury Supervisor, you play a critical role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency within the treasury function.
Main responsibilities:

Execute all 3rd party, IC local and foreign vendors at Bank and SAP.

Submit the customer’s collection cheques to the bank physically.

Daily communication with the banks to follow up on the pending cases.

Support all banking functions related to the account activation and sustainability:
- KYC documentation and follow up.
- New accounts opening applications, documentations as well as the follow up calls.
- Physical bank visits to submit all the needed documents and attend any discussions about the needed documents with its related status.

Lead the digital transformation for payments systems:
- Fill in the needed documents with all required data.
- Communicate with the bank about the process and user’s matrix.
- Give users required training about the new systems and how to use it.
- Follow up all phases internally and externally till the system is efficiently on track.

Control and execute the vendor’s cheque issuance, submission to the vendor and filing systems.

Support in the auditing process by getting all needed documents from the archive and send them to the audit team.
Qualifications and relevant experience:

Bachelor’s degree in commerce or relevant accounting degree.

4-6 years of experience in the same field.
-
CTP is a plus.
