Budget Generation, Month Closing, TDC report, CR Activities and Supplier payment process.

Job Responsibilities

  • Transform the administration of the operation based on  Department´s WTBC

  • Develop and motivate employees professionally and personally

  • Improve current operations of costing, forecast, reply and variation analysis

  • Guarantee the reliability and quality of the generation of budgets

  • Reduce the logistics cost of all operations

  • Guarantee the payment operation of services to logistics suppliers

  • Cost management of new models

Minimum Qualifications

1. Job Knowledge and Skills:

  • Language: English (Intermediate - Advanced)

  • Travel by Year %: 20%

  • Must have:

    • Work team.

    • Computer skills:  Excell Advance

  • Competencies:

    • Analytical and Logical Thinking

    • Group Management,

2. Years of Experience:

  • 2 years of experience working and develop work teams in areas like finance, logistics and accountability.

3. Education

  • Industrial Engineer, Financial, Administration

4. Travel Required?

  • Yes
