Job Description:
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join Airbus Defence and Space that will be working on the CRM system used to support final customers on aircraft operation and queries, ensuring customer fleet availability.
Responsabilities
- Understanding/Monitoring of the integration map between Dynamics 365 and other corporate tools.
- Evolution of panels in Dynamics 365 that facilitate business decision making/operational dashboards.
- Issue management, resolution CRM365 customized components.
- Development of new requirements.
- Assignment of access roles and permissions in Dynamics
- Analysis of new technologies that contribute to the objectives set.
Qualifications
- Higher university degree in Computer Engineering or similar / Dynamics 365 certificate is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of Experience developing plugins for Dynamics 365 (C#), and JavaScript, SQL Data Bases.
- Domain of the Office package, Visual Studio/ VSCode.
- Knowledge and experience with Business Intelligence platforms (Power BI) and PowerPivot and PowerQuery tools.
- Knowledge and experience in Reporting Services.
- Experience in working with large volumes of data and design/development of reports/reporting.
- Skills in understanding complex technological architectures (integration between various systems).
- Necessary high capacity for analysis, coordination with technology departments and criteria to prioritize tasks.
- Agile methodologies / Scrum
- English: Fluent Level
