A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN EXPERIENCED OR ENTRY-LEVEL RV TECHNICIAN

As an RV Technician, you are responsible for all repair phases of luxurious travel trailers and touring coaches. Collaborating as a team, you diagnose issues and repair failed components. You also perform pre-delivery inspections. Always looking to improve your skills and earning power, you regularly participate in continuing education such as vendor training and our own 5-Rivet program. You find your job engaging and get great satisfaction out of helping our guests fulfill their dreams of creating memories in an Airstream!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN EXPERIENCED OR ENTRY-LEVEL RV TECHNICIAN

Experience in any related skilled trade (auto mechanic, facilities maintenance technician, plane mechanic, boat mechanic, carpenter, welder, fabricator, electrician, plumber, HVAC technician, or similar)

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Sense of urgency
  • Attention to detail
  • High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
  • Experience in a skilled trade.
  • Dealership experience preferred.
  • RVIA/RVDA – Certified Technician, preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
  • Must be able to utilize tools appropriate to skill level.
  • Basic computer job skills including logging on to systems, ability to communicate by email, ability to compose documents, enter database information.

Dealership experience and RVIA/RVDA certification are preferred but we are willing to train someone with mechanical aptitude and a technical background! The expected pay range for this position is ($28.00 - $35.00) (Hourly).

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
