NEdM and AS NMEX Consolidation Jr. Specialist

A position is open on Materials Finance, on NMEX Aftersales (AS) and NEdM Consolidation & Process optimization to execute projects, perform complex analysis and support budgeting and reporting activities. The successful candidate will use numerous analytical tools including Excel, Tableau, SAP and NNA’s proprietary Parts Performance Database to drive informed decision making across the finance department. The candidate should be comfortable quickly analyzing large sets of data and concisely summarizing key insights while also having the ability to drill down into the details. This position will work collaboratively across departments with Purchasing, Engineering, ACO, FP&A (both Mzkri. and Central), IT and other related FIN departments both Local and regional.   

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with appropriate internal (Purchasing, R&D, AP, PC, Finance MFG) and external parties (Suppliers) to facilitate the proper strategy on a regional and local basis.

  • Ensures BP and Forecasting Accuracy for purchasing economics

  • Accounting and reporting for purchasing performance month result

  • Internal and External Audit requirements

  • Close review and analysis on negotiations driven by functional across key pillars (Cost Reduction activities, Raw Material Guidelines, FX, etc.) in order to guarantee consistency with their budget.

  • Ensure Accounting Integrity

  • Ensure and track new models and projects according to budget

  • Purchasing Result reconciliation between finance purchasing and Function.

  • GCS Report elaboration. (Account report)

  • Budget and Forecast elaboration.

  • BOP Intercompany prices explanations and tracking (VT price)

  • Processes Improvement

  • Among Others

Education/Certifications:

Preferable: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related

Previous Work Experience:

Auto Industry (Desired)

Related (i.e. FMCG’s)

Required knowledge:

Solid accounting and finance skills.

Data analysis.  

Language:

English +500 TOEIC points.

Computer Skills: Medium
