Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Prototyping: Engage in the design, testing, and iteration of prototypes, ensuring functionality in extraterrestrial environments.

  • Documentation: Compile and present research findings, methodology, and results for both internal stakeholders and potential publication.

  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external academic and industry partners to gather insights and feedback on the proposed methodologies.

  • Final Thesis: Develop and deliver a comprehensive master thesis report, articulating the relevance, research methodology, findings, and future implications of your work.

Desired skills and qualifications

  • Enrollment in a Master's program related to Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong foundation in manufacturing technologies, materials science, and engineering principles.

  • Experience or keen interest in space technologies and applications.

  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • English Fluent and German would be a plus.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
