Marketing Specialist of Connected Cars (temporary)

This key strategic position is the “guardian of connected services customer”. As a Specialist, you will support in the management of Vehicle Connected Services programs’ Marketing activities, customer experience, call center supervision, CRM activities, program enhancements, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

•          Ensure all Vehicle Connect Services projects follow provide the best customer experience possible, standardized Marketing communications, dealer support, training, and call center service.

•          Make sure to follow up KPIs on enrollment, renewals, services usage.

•          Gather all necessary information from the functions to understand what needs to be challenged, specially focused on excellent customer experience and communications.

•          Support to validate commercial offer changes for all programs’ renewals as well as app improvements / changes with proper timing.

•          Support to secure vehicle launching (with connected services).

•          In charge of Marketing materials updates and new editions (brochure, pocket guide, quick guide, technical spec sheet) and website.

•          Manage multiple complex projects at same time and introduce methods to enhance the current processes.

_Qualifications_

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree: Marketing or Business-related or Industrial / IT Engineer, or similar field.

Professional Experience:

  • 1 – 2 years desired experience in marketing with technology orientation.

  • Desirable experience in Customer Experience CX.

  • Language:  Advanced level English.

Must have:

•          Capable to understand, manage and explain connected services (how to use a smartphone with proficiency, apps configuration, basic digital) and market automotive connected services conditions.

•          Excellent planning and organization competences.

•          Excellent attitude towards solving problems, new challenges every day.

•          High tolerance to frustration.

•          Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

•          Results oriented.

•          Strong analytical skills.

Nice to have:

•          Driver’s license.

•          High focus on detail.

•          Availability to travel within Nissan offices and dealers nationwide.

Computer Skills:

•          Microsoft Office advanced knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Project).

•          Desired: Databases (Tableau).
