Your Role :

As an HR Specialist at Aptiv Italy, you will play a crucial role in supporting & driving the success of all HR activities, including time management, payroll, hiring and selection , communication and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process by providing training to managers, facilitating performance discussions, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate workshops to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • HR Administration: Manage HRIS data entry, maintain personnel records, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, and serve as a liaison between employees and benefits providers.
  • Employee Engagement Initiatives: Organize employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives, to foster a positive work environment.

Your Background :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Italian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English.
