We are currently looking for an SR HR GENERALIST to join our team based in Valeo, Lerma, Edo. de México.
Principal activities:
- Training, talent development and communication.
- Relations with unionized personnel and union.
- Coordinates, deploys and coaches managers on Talent development tools, processes & policy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in talent development, training, organizational communication, training and development plans, specific automotive customer requirements in HR materia, Microsoft Office, direct employees certification, communication with union.
- Knowledge in Workday, Fortia or People Soft are valued.
- Intermediate english communication skills.
- Very autonomous person, with energy and initiative.
