Field Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and results oriented FQA Analyst to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing and analyzing all data and markets information, from initial identification of potential issues to coordinating the implementation of corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Protect customers from issues of safety & regulation and maximize brand satisfaction through preventive actions.

  • Improve the handling process for the important quality issue.

  • Investigate and take countermeasures of the important quality issue and judge the necessity of a field action.

  • Will have the responsibility to manage campaign information.

_Minimum Requirements_

Education/Certifications:

  • Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Automotive Engineer or similar.

Previous Work Experience:

  • Experience with areas related with Customer Satisfaction on Automotive Industry is preferred.

  • Quality Analyst.

  • 1 year with experience in similar position.

Language: Advanced level of English.

  • Ability to engage in a conversation, create reports and presentations for management.

Computer Skills:

  • Advanced level of computer skills on Microsoft office (Excel, Power Point knowledge is a must).

  • Skill in managing databases (Statistical Analysis, Graphics, Pivot Tables).

  • Knowledge in systems related to Project Management (i.e. Monday, One Note, Teams, etc.).

Capable of traveling approximately: occasionally.

Competences:

  • Be creative and focus on creation of strategies for Quality Campaigns for NIBU NSCs.

  • Proactive, negotiation skills, effective communication, problem solving, focused on results, working under pressure, total focus on customer service and contribute to the fulfillment of objectives of TCS (Total Customer Satisfaction) function.

  • Analytical reasoning.

  • Problem solving and result oriented.

  • Be open to new challenges in a quicker manner according NIBU necessities.

  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills.

  • Good analytical skills.

  • Passion to continuously develop, improve, and maintain processes and projects (Think outside the box).
