Job Description

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the CCA Product Marketing Team:
    • Manage the development & expansion of the ACDelco product lines.
    • Define price positioning for each product line (GM Genuine and ACDelco) to ensure its competitiveness in the aftermarket against major competitors.
    • Balance competitiveness and expected financial results (P&L targets)
  • Improve relationship with all key areas (Commercial, Finance, Purchase, etc.) to better align internal process and gain process speed.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous experience on aftersales automotive segment
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Proficiency in English - Fluent
  • Intermediate Spanish
  • MBA or Post Grade on Marketing is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Brazilian, Argentinean, car parc (brands, models, etc.)
  • Knowledge of aftermarket segment (parts suppliers, parts brands, parts distribution channel, etc.)
  • Initiative and good interpersonal relationship
