Job Description

  • Directly coordinate with 'oversea customers to manage order (Regular & Emergency) and Shipping schedule for mas production
  • Update customer trends volume and inform to related functions
  • Set planning shipment to support customer's production
  • Manage ILN warehouse and improve supplier performance to support core KPI
  • Closely communicate with customers and suppliers when there is delay shipment and improve recovery plan to meet customer's production
  • Analyze customer's demand & supply for optimizing airfreight requirement to maize all cost in order to smooth customer's production line.
  • Make delay rans information report and delay part arrangement with related parties
  • Manage monetary claim process with supplier who delivers delay
  • Arrange business setting with new customers
  • Create Electronic Data Planning and distribute to related team
  • Provide information about air freight and sea freight for doing new bidding process
  • To monitor and manage the export shipment by sea, and collaborate among the Global-Counterpart's function, oversea plant customer, local car and subcontract company
  • Summary information to support management's reports
  • Improve process of subcontracted company related with Part Order scope

Qualifications

  • Competence knowledge about Inco term, production planning, Export and Import shipping declaration and Warehouse Operation
  • Good skills in communication and interpersonal
  • Negotiation skills
  • Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Inter Business, Industrial management, Supply Chain Management
  • 2 years working experience in Demand Planning for support PC, Inventory Control
  • English language (TOEIC 500 up).
