Job Description:
This internship will bring the applicant a view of the complete logistic flow in the Airbus Helicopter warehouse as well as being part of LOG4.0 project. You will support that Inbound, Outbound, Internal and Intersite logistic activities are properly executed.Tasks: Your main tasks will be:
- Inbound and Outbound KPIs monitoring
- Monitoring and management of Clearing Cases
- Monitoring and reporting of Speed Ups
- Collaborate Creation of logistic forecasts
- Support the invoicing checking
- Support scrapping campaigns
- Maintenance of the logistic material master
- Monitoring of materials with special storages conditions
- Management and monitoring of Outbound Delivery Orders

- Open mindset to work in an international environment.
- Focused on problem solving.
IT Tools
- SAP EWM user / knowledge
- Excel
- GSuite (Gmail, GSheets, AppSheets, etc)
Languages
- Spanish negotiation level
- English negotiation level
- French and German language skills are a plus
