As a Lotus apprentice you will have the opportunity to earn while you learn through a structured apprenticeship. You will be supported by your line manager and the Early careers Manager to ensure you stay on track and get the relevant experiences in work to support your course. 80% of your time will be on the job with 20% dedicated to off the job learning.
Our requirements are yet to be confirmed but past roles have included Level 3 through to Level 6 in various disciplines such as:
- Engineering Technician
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Metal Fabrication
We are currently looking at other apprenticeships to support our continued growth. You will need to meet the qualification requirements of the apprenticeship you apply for but as a minimum will require GCSE Maths and English at grade C or 5.
