HR Administrator – Lotus Technology Innovation Ltd
The HR team is looking for an all-round administrator who will be responsible for all HR administrative tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently.
HR Operations
- Contract and offer letter creation
- Creating letters, e.g. references, mortgage letters, salary increases etc.
- Absence processing including that of holiday, sickness and time and attendance.
- Employee Engagement: administration, prep, reporting
- Maintaining HRIS (HR Information System - SuccessFactors) to keep up to date and accurate
- Ad hoc administration tasks for HR team
- Probations: sending reminders, writing confirmation letters
- Filing
- Ad hoc assistance with HR projects
- HRIS data entry
Recruitment Support
- Assist with coordinating candidate screenings and interview scheduling
- Support the onboarding process for new starters
- Help maintain applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Contract extensions
- Assist with job postings
Employee Relations (ER)
- Taking notes in meetings
- Writing outcome letters for various sensitive ER cases
- Maintaining employee files and records
- Be point of contact for employee questions and inquiries
Learning & Development
- Assist with coordinating training programs and workshops
- Maintain training calendars and schedules
- Sending invitations and reminders to employees/participants
- Maintaining Learning Management System (LMS)
- LMS reporting
- Collect and collating training feedback
- General L&D administration support
Essential:
- GCSE C grade or above in maths & English.
- Experience using Microsoft office suite.
- Accurate, strong attention to detail and a focus on maintaining confidentiality and upholding discretion.
- A team player mentality and excellent communication skills are also key
- Experience of using SuccessFactors as an HRIS would be beneficial.
