Mission:
Nissan Sales & Marketing team are embarking on a 3-year project to transform the Customer Journey so that it is a full omnichannel experience and to be ready to offer new services inside & outside the vehicle.
To enable this to happen, there are 7 TOP Priority Projects identified.
Your mission will be to support the planning and coordination of Nissan’s Sales & Marketing IS/IT Transformation projects with the view to support the full AMIEO (Africa, Middle East, India, Europe, Oceania) region.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Support the business team to work cross-functionally with Regional Information System (IS) teams and communicate with Markets. (Topics will include business process mapping and requirements, follow-up from meetings, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal (IS, other departments in business, Markets) and external stakeholders (Accenture, Salesforce, Dealer Management System providers as examples) to coordinate dependencies between teams, understand business use cases, goals and requirements for evaluations, proof of concepts and pilots
- Support the business team to secure overall project timeline and key milestones are met
- Translate business needs into associated processes and roadmaps
- Support team’s daily operations
Education, Background & Experience:
- Information System (IS) / Information Technology (IT) / Digital related education background
- Strong problem-solving skills: is curious and keen to understand complex topics
- Strong business mindset and customer-centric mindset is a MUST
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English (second language is a +)
- Good presentation and facilitation skills
- Able to work in an international context with many stakeholders in different functions and countries
- Self-starter with a propensity to take initiative
- Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn, and continually seeking to improve processes
- Proficient in all MS Office applications
- Information System (IS) / Information Technology (IT) / Digital related experience is preferred
- Interested in automotive industry is preferred
