Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Prepare monthly AMIEO consolidation file

  • Consolidate data for NE& AMIO, considering IC elimination and build an accounting and performance P&L
  • Prepare variance analysis for P&L AMIEO region
  • Monthly review meeting with controller and AMIEO FP&A Director and relevant parties for entities under responsibility
  • Prepare material for reviewing financial result with top management

Support FP&A team in daily work on Actuals closing, budget and forecasts processes with particular emphasis on :

  • Support on Functional P&L consolidation through KPIs reporting to top management
  • FX impact calculation / FX exposure submission to Global HQ team + analysis on FX impact
  • Support AMIO team for closing, forecast and Budget

Support in harmonization process between the two region AMIO/ NE

  • Identify and align processes across the 2 regions (NE/AMIO)
  • Be the key contact with controllers, AMIO FDs

Support in the balance sheet quarterly review

Background & Experience

  • Chartered Accountant or Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 7+yrs relevant experience (E2E Finance & Accounting processes)
  • Proven  Knowledge & Practice of international accounting standard (IFRS)
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to work under short term deadlines
  • Positive and “can do” attitude
  • Good interpersonal skills
