Dans votre rôle, vous devrez :
• Mener une équipe de 2 à 3 gestionnaire responsable d’équipe Méthodes Configuration ;
• Assurer que l’évolution du programme demeure aligné avec le plan industriel et les montés en cadences ;
• Supporter la définition et l’implantation de la vision manufacturière du programme;
• Identifier les exigences de production et optimiser les processus (Éliminer la non-valeur ajoutée);
• Supporter les initiatives qui assureront la montée en compétence des équipes Méthodes ;
• Assurer la convergence de la fonction Méthodes au sein du groupe Airbus Commercial ;
• Supporter l’évolution des processus Méthodes ;
• Participer et supporter l’évolution de la stratégie industrielle « Make/Buy » sur les lots de travail majeurs;
• Planifier les activités des Méthodes et suivre les progrès;
• Participer à l'analyse comparative et aux meilleures pratiques pour assurer la progression vers la classe mondiale.
• Faire un suivi rigoureux des budgets en mode EVM
En tant que candidat idéal,
• Vous détenez formation scolaire pertinente au poste et/ou technique en aérospatiale;
• Vous détenez avec quinze (15) ans d'expérience;
• Vous avez géré une équipe de gestionnaires dans un cadre technique;
• Vous détenez de solides compétences relationnelles;
• Vous êtes un leader naturel avec de très bonnes compétences en coaching;
• Vous êtes un leader d'expérience en résolution de problèmes.

In your role, you will:

Lead a team of 2 to 3 Manufacturing Engineering Managers responsible for the change incorporation;
-
Ensure that the program evolution is aligned with the industrial strategy and the ramp up objectives;
-
Support the definition and implementation of the program manufacturing vision;
-
Identify production requirements and optimize processes (Eliminate non-value added);
-
Support the progression of the competency level of the Manufacturing Engineering teams;
-
Ensure the convergence of the Manufacturing Engineering function within the Airbus Commercial group;
-
Support the evolution of the Manufacturing Engineering Processes;
-
Participate and support the industrial make or buy strategy for major work packages;
-
Plan Manufacturing Engineering activities and monitor progress;
-
Participate in benchmarking and best practices analysis to ensure progression towards world class,
-
Ensure tight budget surveillance thru EVM.
As our ideal candidate,

You have a relevant educational and/or technical background in aerospace;
-
You have fifteen (15) years experience;
-
You have managed a team of managers in a technical environment;
-
You have strong interpersonal skills;
-
You are a natural leader with excellent coaching skills;
-
You are an experienced problem-solving leader.
