The job holder is accountable for leading, within and in collaboration with suppliers, complex projects/missions aiming in sustainably improving the industrial performance of a supplier or a supplier’s site and/or restoring and securing supplier performances.
In his role the Supplier Development manager is accountable for:
● Assessing the industrial maturity and developing suppliers as need be
Collaborate, develop, and improve IT architecture solutions 20%
Manage and support projects 50%
Engage in architecture issue troubleshootings 10%
Develop, review, and maintain technology documentation 20%

▪ Ensure infrastructure team is motivated and in good level of engagement
▪ Ensure teams’ competency and capacity management
▪ Ensure operations of Network, Backoffice, and Architecture
▪ Ensure projects are well documented and managed by the team
▪ Lead troubleshooting for major infrastructure incidents and ensure SLA achievement
