B. Main activities

Strategic activities
Develop and implement IT architecture and solutions to meet business needs
Monitor and evaluate technical evolutions, determine their feasibility in business
Lead key infrastructure projects
Coordinate and document all Infrastructure projects

Client related activities
Well understanding of Airbus China business, to ensure information technology architecture and its setup are in good shape

Operational activities
Ensure the drumbeat of all It related projects
Document all It projects
Ensure the right level of quality of the projects
Coordinate with the entire infrastructure team to ensure on time, cost and quality of projects
Develop IT architecture solution and propose changes to improve performance, security, and scalability for existing architecture
Align with Airbus Central for standards implementation in local IT architecture
Develop IT architecture guidelines and best practices
Develop, review, and maintain IT architecture diagrams & technical documentations
Create, design, and test prototypes for new architecture solutions
Lead key infra. projects and oversees technical solutions for infra. changes
Engage in architecture issues troubleshooting
Propose future components in IT architecture following technology evolution
Develop, update disaster recovery plan, provide guidance for its implementation

D. Input
- Qualifications
Education: At least university bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology major
Experience: More than 5 years’ experience as IT Architect.
Basic Skills: Good English on reading, writing, speaking, and listening
Certifications: Networking and Server System certificates are plus
- Ability
Soft Skills: Good communication skills with both local people and foreigners, strong team work spirit
Technical Skills: Well understanding technology of key components in data communication, including network routing in LAN & WAN, server (physical and virtual) and storage configuration. Well understanding principles of information security, and basic configuration in ISE, Proxy, and Firewall. Knowledge of cloud architecture is plus
Knowledge of project management and experience
