SUMMARY

The Virtual Account Manager identifies areas of opportunity for the dealership to increase revenue as well as makes suggestions for the improvement of dealership staff’s performance and productivity using Dealer Socket products & services. The Virtual Account Manager also consults to CRM strategies to promote & grow dealership business via email, mail, & call campaigns.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Productivity: Own assigned region of dealerships by providing monthly consultative events, which is achieved with personal daily efficiency, consultative quality, and exceptionally organized scheduling

· Relationships: Have a genuine business relationship with dealership management & key personnel within every assigned accounts

· Knowledge: Strong knowledge of all Dealer Socket products & services, their application within the dealership environment, and their representation within all key reporting; this achieved through initial 30-day training program, daily experience, & ongoing learning events

· Growth: Drive new business growth within the assigned region by leveraging consultative credibility at each dealership & recommending products that guarantee return on investment

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· High school diploma

· 2+ years professional experience with a minimum of one of the following: sales, or customer service, or automotive, or technological

· Self-motivated with little need for management involvement

· Strong verbal & written communication skills in a team setting

· Strong phone communication skills; good command of the English language

· Strong interpersonal communication skills; able to interface comfortably and effectively with all levels of dealership management

· Strong ability to interpret analytical data and share that information clearly with dealership personnel; ability to translate data into process improvement opportunities

· Sales Experience is preferred

· Must be able to sit for long periods of time in front of a computer

· Must be able to communicate on phones for 50% + of the day

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

· Position may require some travel – up to 25%
