- To lead PWT parts development projects
- To support field quality concern analysis in order to identify root cause and technical solution
- To conduct in partnership with supplier and Nissan overseas department validation tests
- To lead Localization projects, focus on cost reduction
- To propose ideas of cost reduction based on benchmark
- To lead cost reduction activities to support PWT total delivery cost
- To work with supplier on projects related to new development and cost reduction
- To lead cross-cultural and cross-functional activities to ensure completion.
- To be able to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally within the Nissan organization.
Experience:
- Experience 5+ years Powertrain parts design development
- Experience in automaker companies.
Education:
- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering related areas
Language Skills:
- Mandatory: Fluent English
- Desirable: Spanish
Knowledge in Informatics:
- Microsoft Office user-level, intermediate or advanced to prepare reports, graphs and presentations.
- Schedule SW, such as MS projects
- Experience with DRW SW such as CAD and NX as well as space vision or similar.
