Tasks
- You elicitate SW Requirements Specification for BMS and define the relevant Functional and Non-Functional requirements
- You perform Analysis and Reviews of the System Requirements and Architectural Design
- You ensure compliance of SW Requirements Specification to internal and external standards including Functional Safety, Cyber Security and ASPICE
- You participate in assessments relevant to Requirements Engineering Processes
- You prepare the Requirements Management Plan and ensure its compliance
- You maintain the Software Requirement Specification Strategy, Baselines, Traceability, based on the Requirements Engineering Principles
- You collaborate with SW Architect, SW Development and Test teams to clarify Project needs and feedback on Change Requests
Qualifications
- You have successfully completed Engineering or Post Graduate Engineering degree in Electronics, Electrical, Software, Control, Automotive or other relevant Engineering discipline
- You have previous experience as a Requirements Engineer or a Business analyst ideally or in any of the Software Development Life cycle processes
- Your work experience with requirement definition using tools like Codebeamer or IBM Rational DOORs is an advantage
- Your previous work experience in the field of e-mobility, such as battery cells and battery management systems, measurement, and identification of battery cell parameters, charging standards is a plus
- You speak English well; German is a plus
- You have good communication skills and are a team player
- Certifications like IREB CPRE-FL/advanced or CBAP are considered a plus
