General Motors Israel (Herzliya) takes a significant part in shaping the autonomous vehicle. We shape the face of the future vehicles in diverse fields by developing cutting edge technologies. 

The ADAS Group is developing the "brain" of fully autonomous vehicles through advanced AI capabilities and leading the development of artificial intelligence (AI) for autonomous driving in GM worldwide. 

Our autonomous vehicle group is looking for an agile, fast learning and curious senior automation developer for our debug and visualization tools for autonomous vehicle projects! 

What will you do? 

  • Design and implement automation test framework foundations for different web services and applications. 

  • Develop and execute overall testing strategies, including test plans, test scripts, API tests, end-to-end tests, and reports. 

  • Identify and analyze suitable opportunities for test automation. 

  • Perform functional testing based on user requirements. 

  • Support development teams and assist in debugging by collecting relevant data. 

  • Designing, developing, and implementing solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs by using technology such as virtualization, automation, and storage management. 

  • Integration & testing our tools in-vehicle. 

  • Collaborate with teams from IL and US.

Additional Job Description

What are we looking for?  

  • BSc in computer science or parallel degree 

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Automation Development. 

  • Proven programing experience with Java script, Python 3.x, Selenium/playwright frameworks. 

  • Professional experience in developing complex test automation software. 

  • Enthusiastic about building things and solving problems. 

  • Fast learner and Service oriented, team player. 

  • Understanding in Git, Jenkins, Docker, K8, micro-services architecture and distributed computing  

  • Knowledge in Agile, Scrum and Continuous Integration. 

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
