Position Summary:

As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by reaching out to independent dealerships, consulting on, and selling our core products. This role includes the opportunity to upsell additional products tailored to client needs. You will actively manage your sales pipeline, oversee potential deals, and project monthly sales based on ongoing negotiations and anticipated closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales Initiatives: Proactively engage with independent dealerships through targeted outbound calls, aiming to build relationships and introduce our product offerings.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of each potential client, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline by continuously identifying and pursuing new opportunities, managing ongoing deals, and employing strategic follow-ups.
  • Sales Tools Proficiency: Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to meticulously track customer interactions, manage sales progress, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies. Use Outreach to streamline communication and enhance customer engagement.
  • Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales by analyzing pipeline health and potential closings, adjusting strategies as needed to meet sales targets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Outbound Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to effectively make outbound calls and engage prospective clients.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Proven competency in managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closure.
  • Performance Excellence: History of exceeding sales quotas and achieving top-tier performance metrics in a competitive environment.
  • Client Relationship Management: Skilled at building and maintaining relationships, with a knack for understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications:

  • Experience Requirements: At least 2-5 years in a sales role, with a strong preference for experience in dealership sales or B2B inside sales environments.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with using advanced sales CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, and communication tools like Outreach, to manage client relationships and sales processes.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Additional Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with a strategic mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
