The Sales Support Associate is responsible for supporting the Customer Experience Executive team as well as provide the unassigned accounts with the same level of service as contracted carriers. The successful candidate will provide our customers with a high level of service and follow through. This candidate will know how to engage directly with our outside customers, as well as Enservio’s internal teams. Previous experience in property insurance is a plus but not a requirement.

The position by necessity requires ability to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the Customer Experience Executive team and our customers.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from the main number
Act as the primary point of contact for our unassigned carriers/adjusters
Build meaningful and trusted relationships with adjusters
Provide exceptional customer service experience
Responsible for post-claim follow-up and adhering to Enservio’s Cadence process
Manage the intake and delivery process
Set proper expectations on process and service levels with customers and internal Operations Team
Requirements:

5+ years of Service experience
Knowledge of the insurance industry a plus
Ability to work in the Canton, MA office daily preferred.
